A friend told me to get gloves that have gel in them. It makes it alot more comfortable for longer rides. Do you know of any gloves like this(alpinestar, Joe Rocket, ect..)

Joe rocket makes one called the nitrogen I think. I'm not sure about the quality.
Do your bars vibrate a lot? How much weight are you putting on your wrists?
You could always get grips with more cusion.

I like good palm protection, but extra padding makes me feel more disconnected.
