Default Building a 13 second whip

Ive got a 94 hatch with a gsr b18c swap and its basically stock except for exhaust. Ive got around 2750 to put into the pig to make her move. Timing belt, waterpump, tensioner have all been replaced so its time to upgrade. Im really having a difficult time selecting which cams, headers, etc because there is so much available. My goal is to be a mid 13 second car while maintaining daily driver. Please advice me on what should get and what products are recommended. Heres my first time at the track with the car last week.

r/t- .760
60'-2.326
1/4-14.613
mph-95.64

and this setup

1994 civic HB VX
jdm b18c swap
walbro 255 pump
310rc injectors
hks drop in filter
2.5 from stock headers back
no p/s or a/c and back seats removed
michelin all season tires with about 50% tread left
non-lsd tranny

keep the bottom end stock, and only modify the head. skunk2 stage 2 camshafts, skunk2 6 bolt gears, Omnipower valvetrain, with flattened exhaust and intake valves, and a spoon headgasket, both of which will bump up compression a bit while maintaining daily driver reliability. These mods should get you low 14 sec times, if not high 13's with proper track tires.

If you wanted you could always have a mild port and polish done to let the head breathe a little more to hit mid 13's, but that may be a bit out of your price range.

good luck, and remember...spending money on the right parts and only working with the head can go a long ways.

well if you wanna save some money then.. just get decent cams, valve springs and retainers if cams stage 2 and bigger, get a good header and a exhaust, a cold air if you want a lil more top end or a short ram for a lil more mid range, get better tire they help a lot.. get falken anzies there almost the same price as some all seanon tires, you dont need the injectores and feul pump if you only want around 200hp.. and get a mild port and polish... get it tunned that also helps alot

the injectors and fuel pump were put it from previous owner because he was gona go turbo. Could those items be hurting me, or should i buy stock injectors and fuel pump and just sell the aftermarket stuff?

Depends....You said you had a set amount of money but if you want the mods..cams,gears,valvetrain and stuff to perform the best you shouldn't skimp on the Header.
I went with Hytech and have never looked back and would get another in a second but if you don't want to spend $1300.00 then Hytech is coming out with a sub $900 header there is also AN-R,SMSP,RMF lot's to choose from, Toda is great also.
