Here's the scoop:

94 Lude Vtec, was showing bad knock sensor, replaced it. Took it for a drive, and it started doing the same thing (bogging way down until I fludder the pedal), then it died completely and will not start back up at all.

I have spark, fuel to the rail, and voltage to the fuel injectors. The car will run when spraying starting fluid into the intake, this means something is not telling my fuel injectors to fire? They are not ticking or pulsating they the should be even when running on starting fluid.

To top things off, I pulled the plug on the knock sensor from my 93 JDM Vtech Lude during the diagnosis stage for the above prelude. Now MY 03 lude won't start even though I connected the knock sensor again.

I've tried resetting the ECU and disconnecting the battery but still nothing is helping either car.

Is there some other sort of reset that needs to happen? This is too wierd, especially on my 93 which ran perfect prior to pulling and reconnecting the knock sensor plug.

Any help is appreaciated......what tells the injectors to fire?
