Fuel pressure goes crazy at higher RPMs
Anyone know what it could be? I dont think its the fuel pump as its a Walbro 255 LPH unit.
Could it be the B&M regulator? Maybe its bad? Anyone else experiance this?
Im pushing 60 PSI @ WOT

it could be your regulator i say this b/c mine did the same thing at the track this weekend...and plus i just changed out the fuel pump, so i'll let you know b/c my new paxton reg. comes in tommorrow and should fix my problem...
well, if you are reading off the B&M filter mount gauge, then it's vibrations causing that.
But another possible scenario is that your pump can't hang with those kind of fuel pressures.

I would think the Walbro 255 LPH pump could hang with that...its the same pump that comes with the DRAG kits and JRSC..which see over 90 PSI.
hx guy....
ive had this problem in the past, it was my b&m, couldnt regulate the pressure the walbro provided at higher Rpm...
as a result, a better regulator cured the problem.
