obd fault code p0137 for a 99 accord!!

obd fault code p0137 for a 99 accord!!
i just had my 99 accord smogged and it failed as a gross polluter and on the smog print out it says obd fail codes: p0137 02 sensor low voltage( bank 1 sensor 2)
im not sure if that is two codes one for the 02 and the other a code or is it just one?what also confuses me is where it says ( bank 1 sensor 2). sorry may be a dumb question but i just really wanted to make sure.

I'm not really sure what your question is...
The secondary O2 sensor is located in the cat, towards the outlet end. Sounds like you need a new one. Do you have your cat gutted or put on a test pipe or ??
