2004 Accord 4cy. P0141 code

I have a 04 accord with the code P0141-Heater Circuit Malfunc, Bank1, Sensor2. Can someone explain where this is located so I may replace it myself.

Should be the o2 sensor under the hood

Actually, I believe this is the secondary O2 sensor. It should be located under the vehicle near the Cat. Converter.
