CRX W/ GARRETT TURBO T3/T4? HOW TO PREPARE FOR IT?

I AM GOING TO RUN A CRX WITH A B18A LS NON-VTEC, HOW DO I NEED TO PREPARE THE BLOCK AND HEADS FOR IT? MONEY IS NOT A PROBLEM, I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS THE BEST. I AM LOOKING FOR LOW 12'S MID TO HIGH 11'S.
