if you buy "actual" suede, when it gets wet it stains, it also does not heat up in the sun.....and it also cost alot, alot more $$
micro-fiber or polyester would be more suitable for a daily driver, and it looks just like suede and cost only about $10 for a few yards........it is easier to clean and dosnt stain from water

I was thinking the same thing, I am deciding between the alacantra for my panels, or the mesh material that is on the center of USDM Type-R seats.
