ok recently my clutch got replaced cuz it burned out so the clutch is fairly new a week or 2 old and lately i cant chirp 2nd gear, if the car is cold i can and the gear slams in but when the car warms up the clutch slips after the 1-2 shift what is wrong???

Did you do a proper break in period???? Doesn't sound like it at least, when you put in a new clutch you usually need to go 350-500 miles of easy shifting in order to break it in. Otherwise, you just burnt up another clutch....

did you happen to mess with the cable adjustment??

Probably improper break in period, crappy clutch, or the flywheel was not resurfaced before installing the new clutch.
