anyone know where i can make cast molding?
A foundry. A big foundry. The foundry here at the UW is nice, but doesn't have the capability to work in iron and steel.
Also, manifolds must be sand cast. There are several methods to do this, the simplest of which is the "foam replacement method", but again, you need a big furnace to be able to melt the iron.
