jdm d15b cam for turbo????

Default jdm d15b cam for turbo????

well my friend told me i should get a jdm cam for my car. see i have a turbo set up on my car he says it should make a difference over the stock d16z6 cam.

so i was wondering if any of you out there has tried or wut you think about this upgrade.

I've heard the D15b cam is much more aggressive from everyone...but I've seen it side by side and it looked almost identical to the d16z6 cam and I haven't seen any legit research to support the fact that it's more aggressive.

However I've heard the stage 1 zex cam is a good upgrade.

thats funny,
i've seen pics of the 2 side by side and the d15b cam had obviously larger lobes..

I mean.. theres a reason the d15b makes more power even though it has
less displacement..

i've got both sitting right in front of me and the d15b definately has larger lobes. d15b ftw

yeah probly
you'd need a camgear though,
so you'll need to adjust it alittle to compensate for the different deck height of ur z6 mtr

ok wut you guys think about power band. is it gonna die at like 6700rpm like stock or will it be able to have power thro out my rpm band (car revs to 8500)

well it'll be better than the z6 cam,

my d15b makes power to 8grand..
but it's supercharged.

you dont want to go over 8grand on the stock valvetrain,
ur asking for engine death.
