i'd probably just go with the 75 shot, not to spoil a sale for your friend.

oh... this is obvious, but don't miss a shift while spraying, b16's handle a lot but not that... (experience has the best of me... and my wallet)

to be honest, i was running about a 100shot on my b16 (all stock internals) and didn't have any problems besides spark plugs. the cams might up the compression just a tad, which really doesn't hurt with nitrous, but in my opinion, really won't help enough to notice. i would probably use the money to open up your exhaust as best you can.

good luck, i think you're going to be pretty happy with how it runs.

i'm sure they'll help a little, i think what the people are saying is you can do better for the same 300 bucks.

of course, this is all hearsay, because i've never had a b series, let alone put itr cams in one.

There are no issues running itr cams on an engine running NOS. Just make sure you have the proper fuel supply, good ignition, and retard the timing a bit if your running higher than a 75 shot. I've used nos for years.

You can run bigger cams than that with nitrous....I run big crowers with juice with no problem....

A SkS1 or equivalent is about as big as i'd go on that B16...

if yu are doing all this head work i would just get a type r head and sell youre b16 head to cover part of youre expenses , itr head , is ported and polished from fac. they have itr cams , and better valves so getting a new head is what i would do
good luck with your decision
