ok i really need help here i have never came across this problem EVER.
Here is what i did and here is whathappen in order.
all happen on a crx.
1.i took out my horn on the drivers side(A SPARK HAPPEN)
2. I Disconnected the red wire on the fuse box in the engine bay that comes from the ac fan.
3. Now here is the problem now when i turn the car on it wont start and when i try to turn on the lights any lights front or rear (brake lights also) everything dims and turns off.
now is this a relay or a swich. iam not sure someone has had to encounter this.

Check your wiring wherever you did things.
As I look at the schematic for my Acura, I can see that some of my lights get
their voltage from the same circuit that feeds the horn. If this circuit had a high resistance (say, from arcing...?), then that voltage drop would cause those lights to dim. At least, that's on MY car.
Why not check out yours. I have a hunch that arc caused something to fry. You said you checked the fuses. How do the fuse terminals look? And the fusebox wiring? If you drew an arc, I'd think something would be goin' on over there.

You have one of two things going on, a dead short to ground, or a bad ground. You're definitely losing voltage(and lots of it) somewhere.
