I can't seem to find a clear answer to this question in the archives so I would like to hear from someone that actually did this swap.

I'm planning on installing a 92-95 JDM B16A2 in my 1992 Civic Si (D16Z6) and I need to know what engine mounts are needed if any.

 

if you are buying a complete swap, the mounts that come with the swap will work

 

That's the thing, the mounts are a 100$ extra option and I would rather put that 100$ somewhere else if I don't need them.

I found an old post where someone said you only needed the bracket bolted to the engine in the timing cover. Can anyone confirm this?

 

as far as i know you need all the b series mounts....don't quote me to that though

 

Here's what you need:

right front tranny mount from integra, kept the civic front driver side rubber

mount. timing belt side mount bracket is needed which should be on the engine,

reuse the civic timing belt side rubber mount (93-95 ex/si), resuse the civic top

tranny mount, get integra rear engine bracket but can reuse the civic rubber

mount.
