Spark plugs for D15B VTEC...

Spark plugs for D15B VTEC...
I was going thru my garage today and found a set of NGK V Power plugs... Not sure exactly where they came from, my best guess is I bought them to install in my g/fs 95 Civic LX and never got around to it, and they got lost in the garage... Well Im doing a swap and need some plugs, I figured it would be great if I could save a couple of bucks and just use these...
They are NGK V Power stock number 2262 ZFR5F-11... I did a search for plugs for a D16Z6, I figured it would be the closest match... And some sources say these plugs will work, and some say the VTEC heads need a different set... So my question is can I safely use these on this engine? And I assume the gap would be .044 like most other Civic plugs?
