Default Issues with DRAG mani and Air Research T3/T4 opinions wanted on solution...

The issue is the following... threaded holes on the DRAG mani to mount the turbo are bigger than the ones on the turbo's flange... I know I can drill the holes on the turbo's flange to make them bigger and be able to bolt the turbo to the mani... Now, the holes on the turbo's flange are threaded... when I make the holes bigger on the flange, should I thread the new bigger holes on the turbo's flange?

One more question... should I use bolts with lock washers or studs with a locking nut and washer to mount the turbo to the mani?

What the heck turbo are you trying to use? Hehe.

Drill turbo out... don't need to tap the holes.

You can use bolts or studs. Whatever eases installation. Studs are usually easier to use but harder to find
