What do use for this V - Dub turbo?
I am wanting to use this VW turboI got for free. It says M24 on it and the AR is 42.
Do I use a T3 or T3 and 1/2 flange to bolt it to my HF manifold?
Also how much boost can I get with out breaking the turbo, and what size injectors do you recommend for 9 PSI on a D series?
Thanks for your help.

have your local machine shop make a flange adapter, keep in mind that the the custom flange will be maybe 100 dollars cheaper than just buying a new t3 turbo. Also your going to have a lot less headache with a t3/t4 turbo. Even the exhaust flange on that v dub turbo looks just out of place

Thanks for the advice but I am also rebuilding the engine, adding a Z6 head, and adding AC on top of building a turbo kit so I want to use this turbo because it is almost new. The machine shop here charges a lot more than $100 per hour.

Can any one tell me what kind of turbo this is? It has Audi stamp on it. Some one said it might be a porche KKK turbo. I need to know so I can order a flange for it.

Thats what Im saying that flange adapter is going to cost a lot of money. A good used garrett turbo isnt going to run you more that flange. And you will have a lot less headache of having to have a flange made for the exhaust side too

Thanks for the advice. I am now hunting for a different turbo. What a waste this K24 is brand new and was free but it's not going to fit unless I pay some guy to do some crazy fabrication. Not worth it. Thanks for saving me some headaches.
