Who makes a cheap test pipe in Las Vegas?

Anyone knows who makes a cheap test pipe in Las Vegas? I'm looking to put a test pipe on my car in the near future, does anyone in the LV area know where I can get one custom made? Thanks.

Thanks for the replies. Can anyone find a cheap test pipe for a MazdaSpeed Protege, I'm asking this for my friend. The exhaust system he found was rediculusly expensive. ($1300).
