What brand is the hood? Does it require pins or does it have a reinforced latch?

 

It’s from Fiber Image, a prominent company based in southern California. This hood was one of the very first 5th gen prelude hoods created from them. At that time, the logo “fiber image” wasn’t engraved onto this particular mold. The hood fits great! There are no gaps, and is completely flushed with the rest of the car. It is recommended that hood pins are installed, but I didn’t mount them because I didn’t want any holes drilled through the beautiful carbon fiber weave. The latch on the hood is very strong. The only holes on hood are underneath it for the wiper fluid jets. I have babied this hood, by parking my car inside a garage every night and waxing it every month. I’ve had this hood for a little over a year and it is still very sturdy.

 

i don't want it anymore, and i want to make my car completely stock. i don't have my original parts, so i need to trade someone for it
