Default MSD igntion? AEM tru powe pully kit?

Does the MSD igntion and AEM tru power pullyey kit provide noticable gains on a 97 civic with basic intake, headers, full exuast. if so what would the gains look like and are they high end gains or low end gains. thanks...all comments appreciated?

the msd would not be necessary for your mods, spend you money on something else besides pulleys, they are not worth the moeny

MSD and pulleys.....hanging out with the ricers I see.

There are plenty of good things you can do with the D series. If you don't have an EX, then consider putting a minime together, or perhaps something along the lines of a Y8 tranny swap (again assuming you don't have an EX). If you do have an EX, then think about something like higher compression and a more agressive cam, or perhaps leave the motor stock and throw on a moderate budget boost setup.

The possibilities are endless and almost all of them have been explained in some way or another here on this website. Time to start doing some research.

No.

If you're lucky, you might get 1 hp somewhere in the power range.

Only if you get the chrome pulleys, Seriously, both would be a waste of money, save your money for a turbo kit, or a swap.
