Just out of curiousity, in the helms manual it says

note: After adjusting, retorque the crankshaft pulley bolt to 177 N-m (18.0 kgf-m, 130 lbt-ft).

what does this mean?

 

u make sure the bolt is tight to that spec, it may have gotten loose

 

They tell you to rotate the crankshaft using that bolt, so it may have come loose, but i doubt it since that thing is torqued to crazy specs.

Hell yeah it is...Me and a couple of other friends tried changing a timing belt about 2 weeks ago, and we couldn't get that bolt off at all. Its on there soooo damn tight that we broke an extension and a breaker bar, after that, we just quit and put everything back together.
