Default Taking paint of wheels

i was wonderin how i should go about applying the paint thinner to remove the paint on my rims. do I just dip a cloth in it and rub?

aircraft stripper..coo. how do I use it? just use a towel n just wipe?

If you can't find it in an areosol can, Get it in the bucket. MAKE SURE YOU WEAR GLOVES and apply it with a paint brush. Let it sit and come back later. If it all hasn't bubbled up, apply more and wait longer. Make sure you dont get it on your skin, you'll know if you do. And dispose of it safely.
