Default ITR`99 GearBox problem

Hello Everyone

My English isn`t very good so I`ll try to explain everything in a short way. (I`ll try.. )

1. When Engine is cold it`s hard to shift all gears.
2. When Engine gets warmer shifting gets smoother but still need some effort to shift.
3. Sometimes second gears jums out.
4. When shifting on low revs i get short noise like sinchros but on hi revs everything`s ok.
5. Sometimes it`s very hard to down shift.

Checked my clutch, changed oil in gearbox, changed clutch disk bearing (don`t no how to say in english ).

Nothing helped still getting those problems that I metioned above

Welcome to HT...

Sounds like you have syncro problems.
You will need to open the tranny and see

Enjoy your stay

Even tho it might be going backwards I would dump what you have and use Honda's MTF.

thats probably your problem right there...
in your most recent flush of the tranny fluid is this what you used?

if so, drain and replace with HONDA MTF

changing the fluid is cheaper and less time consuming than changing the pressure plate...so cross your fingers and hope that it works

C'mon you guys..... fluid isn't gonna fix that....

Opening up the transmission should have been the first thing to do when you noticed 2nd gear popping out. I'm certain you will find whatever you need to fix inside.

Here's something to help you get started:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=552502

in that thread it does mention the fluid might help....at least you tried that already
