Default A few issues with my euroR swap

I am nearly complete with my swap, i finished almost every thing up but i have a very erratic idle. It jumps from 1-1.5k and if i put my hand and completely cover the TB it idles very smooth but at a low 500rpms. Obviously i have a vaccum leak... i know of two vaccums i dont have hooked up but when i plugged them they did nothing...

Additionaly my ECU doesnt throw an IACV code at all... even when it is not connected at all....

I have a hondata p30 and also used an h22 mapped p28 to confirm.

i didnt post this in the hybrid section because the h and f knowledge lies here and i know it!

well, you know u have a vac leak, so just check all the wires. things that might not my tight. i lost a nut for my EGR valve and that caused a vac leak that made my car idle like how your car is idling.

Are you using a 2-wire IACV? If you are using the stock Euro R 3-wire IACV without its ECU, you'll have problems.

Find a way to fab up a 2-wire IACV to your intake manifold.

I'm not suggesting that this is your problem because idle issues are such a PITA and could result from anything. So, having said that, after months and months of fighting my shitty idle, it turned out that blowby fouled my plenum gaskets. something to consider.

*edit* you have a euroR with a single stage manifold. I'm retarded

I have seen a walkthrough soewhere on how to build an adapter plate... From what i understand even if it is the iacv when the car warms up the idle will smooth out... There are a few things i left unattended last night so ill button everything and see how it turns out. i wish i had looked at the bottom of that intake manifold fo rore vacs becasue now that its in my hatch its so hard to see ****.

Ice i got it from a friend,
