Not trying to be a dick, but are you crazy, the gsr rods are way to long. Use your stock rods, have a mm shaved off each side of the small end and have your pistons pressed on. Yes it would be a good idea to upgrade your valvesprings, itr's would be decent, stay away fron skunk 2. Omnipower, or rocket motorsports spring and retainer packages would be a much better choice. Good luck

My bad guys , after some searching I came accross the right info. Now instead of making this a totally useless thread, I will give a good link that has a chart with all the different specs. Here you go http://raceseek.com/honda_specs.htm

hey that's a usefull link, but is'nt the stroke of a b16a 77.4 mm equal to 3.096 inches??

this link says 3.047 wich will equal 76.175 mm . that don't seem right does it???

because of this the r/s ratio is off too, it's around 1.7 and with b20 rods and special pistons it will be 1.74 and something. damn near 1.75 (ideal to alot people).

this site tells you it's already 1.74, wich is totally off. first check the specs on this site if you wanna use it, just my .02

Well according to the conversion calculater from Mr. Jeeves at ask.com,
3.047=77.3938.
I think maybe you got your math wrong or something, heres the link to the conversion calculater, its at the top of the page right next to Mr. Jeeves himself. Hope this helps clear some things up http://web.ask.com/web?q=conve...src=8

GSR rods also have a narrower big end than B16 rods.
