8mm Arp rod bolts in a LS
they will just replace the stock rod bolts...alot of people will tell you to get the rod resized after you install them but i didnt and my lsvtec saw 9200+ for 10k reliable miles till i sold it

only a machine shop can replace the bolts, dont think you can do this yourself, they have to be pressed in and all that so please let a machine shop handle it, that has experience with honda work.
When i was building my b20 I was short on time so i couldnt pull out my pistons and have the arp rod bolts pressed in by a shop so i just did it myself. All is fine, it sees 7700 daily.
Im not telling not to have them pressed in, cause you should if you have the time and money. But my experience of doing it myself went smoothly.

the old ones come out easy.. i took mine out and put them in myself.. if you have the confidence, do it yourself ...if not and have the money get it done by a shop

let me know how u did it yourself easy bro im working on a lsvtec right now its its prob the best choice to put them in, do i need to take out the pistons and rods?
Because they have a ditt. torque spec and crush factor , you should have the big end remachined after the install with the bolts torqued to the proper spec. But then doing it right does cost about $30.00- $40.00 bucks.

you cut around .001 off the mating surfaces of the cap and rod. After reinstalling the bolts and torqued together the big end is now around .002 smaller in diameter. We then stick it in a machine with hone stones and bring the diameter back to the original specs, perfectly round +\- .0001

you get the machinist to check bore roundness again after torquing new bolts. they sometimes need to line bore it.
