there was a nice write-up in this forum only a few days ago. try to find it; it was pretty darn good. it was for 3rd gen but you'll have to do the same things and replace the same parts. there are a lot of them so beware this "little" project you're getting into.

you know, replacing your ABS unit isn't as expensive as you think. mine was busted/inoperative, and i found one from canada for like $55 shipped. now i'm happy.

i bought my car with the abs light on. come to find out the fluid was low. i topped it off and i bleeded the brakes, and reset the ecu. the light went off and my abs worked fine. about a year later my abs light came back on, and sometimes when i roll to a stop my brake pedal feels like it sticks down and feels mushy for a second. only happens sometimes, couple times a week. What is that? It kinda feels like my abs is trying to kick in?

I know on the DC's they say you have to use all the RS hard lines and soft lines. I am gonna guess that it is the same for a DA. If notihng else you could allways buy hard line, a line bender a make you own
