I have a 1994 ls Integra and it is running on Three Cylinders. I have changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires, and the cap and rotor and it is still doing that. it sometimes over heats also. What could it be?

When you say running on three cylinders you're basically just saying that there isn't enough compression in one of the cylinders to have combustion. Do a compression test and leak down to see where it's come from. More than likely you have blown rings in the cylinder.
