Road trip: taping the car up
I have a problem.
I live in St. Paul and my car is in Detroit, MI.
My dad is driving it down here while he has a meeting and dropping it off to me.
I dont want any more road damage than it already has, but I also dont want it to be so hard that my dad says '**** it' and gives up.
Whats the easiest way to cover up the front of the car to prevent chips and huge bugs, esp the headlights?(There will be some night driving)

Jesus it's just a car! It's going to get hit with rocks, some a$$holes door, or a buggy at Wal-Mart. These things happen!
I'm not understanding the problem with your dad driving your vehicle w/o taping it up? The obvious is just not to ride close to the 18 wheelers.
