Default TeinStech w/ 17's EK

Hi all, a friend of mine just bought some 17's for her civic. shes gotta 00 coupe. Damn thing looks like its more ready for a rally race than my wrx, lol. So she wants me to lower her car for her. We aren't looking for performance, just something that will do a nice subtle drop and not make her go bouncy-bouncy down the road. She also doesnt wanna spend to much. So I suggested just buying some Tein S-techs. But what i was wondering is how will the ride be if we leave the stock struts and if it will rub at all being that they are 17's.

Thanks in advanced!

S-Tech would be good. but H&R sports arent bad either. sooner or later you are going to have to change your stock shocks and they wear out much more quick when your car is lowered. so just save a couple more hundreds and just get tokico blues and h&R springs since want a nice subtle drop. h&r springs go for about $125 and up.

Cool thanks for the info. Would the Teins be too much of drop? they lower about 1.9/1.7in, would that work w/ the 17's? thanks again.
