IM GETTING DYNOED TOMORROW
hey guys.. im tuning my car tomorrow at "do it dyno" bubba...im not sure if a new
sparks plug is necesarry..it prolly have 3000 miles on them or maybe more..
well heres my set up
b18c1
head:pnp,5 angle valve job, dual springs , blox stage 2,toda cam sprockets
bolt ons: i/ dc 4-1
/ full exhaust/ skunk manifold
STOCK COMPRESSION:10.1 or maybe a lil higher not sure
fuel management: it will b tuned by hondata s200, p28 chipped, bnm fpr and gauge,
i was told that those cams are too big for stock compression, but o well ..they are good street cams, and i just hope i get some power out of it.
well i will post some nO#'s after the session..hope everything goes well...for fontana day on the 9th..

I just got back from the session...and i must say..bubba is a very good tuner and person...////
well my final hp is 170.2 and 114lbs..im not very satisfied with the numbers becuz i kno i couldv'e done better...i can't maximize my stock injectors and i peak 7900 rpm..wich is not good concidering i have a blox 2 which focuses on top end..and also my headers..it has a dent on one of the pipe and its a 2.25 istead of 2.5 and the pipe is 2.25 which also hold back my power.....bubba told me once i fix all those i should b fine...i was amaze when he told me that he's gsr...not built..no head work and stock compression just good bolt ons blox 2 and good tuning....he made 189 whp..which is my goal...too bubba

you have some pretty good numbers but the torque seems kinda low......but
for getting some decent numbers with the mods you have.

okay newb..........
oh thenx..well i couldve gone better numbers if only i have good bolt ons....my header is dented and have 2 and quarter collector and the pipe i run is 2 and a quarter...and also my injectors maxed out at 7900 is my peak..which i should be revving more cuz the cams focus on the top end.....i kno its not all that but..its a stock compression...lol....well i bet if i got dynoed at dynapack..i would be hittin 200 or 190..o well its just no#'s...as long as my car runs fine..im good...thenx
Who did your headwork? Let me guess some local shop or portflow :-P both get a

Stock gsr longblock (usdm), ctr cams, skunk2 intake mani, and jdm itr header netted 175.4hp and 129torq.
And that was on stock injectors with slightly upped fp

i will be going back prolly in a month or so....with new headers and new piping...and som tb's and bigger injectors...maybe some 310 or 440's?? if that aint too big...i was thinking of the hookups headers..that thing is nice..im not aiming too big..for now.180 or 190..ill be on a better built next winter...time to tap that bottom end..
