Default No fuel pump power after MPFI swap

Any idea's what i did wrong?

Main relay is good, main relay harness tests good according to FSM. ECM is good. I swapped computers & relay's with my spare car just to check.

Basically All I've found is that the green/black wire on the ECU (pin's A12 & A14) don't get power on the dead car, but do on the good car. Also the fuses all check out good on the dead car.

reviewing my wiring diagram it seems the yel/black wire at A13/A15 should also get power but does not, I didn't pick up any voltage there on the other car though.

this is really confusing because according to the diagram of the main relay, as soon as IGN is on the relay closes connecting the yel/wht wire to the yel/blk wire, and it should get power, but it doesn't.

if your fuses are ok keep double checking stuff against what the helms says, its probably a crossed wire.

that is my problem but why idk

the helms does not include test procedures for this part of the harness

time to unhook my added wiring i suppose.
