i hear about used one's around here for $150 all day long. you don't want to set your vtec too low either. if you just want to adjust the point at which your vtec "kicks in", get a vtec controller. i know autotechnics sells one for like $100 maybe. i dunno, never really checked into changing my vtec crossover point. do some research if not before you buy, but at least before you go lowering the crossover point.

well actually im goin to get my motor tuned in about a month . im goin to get get my FPR , adjustable cam gears and the VAFC tuned at the same time . im just looking to get better performance while everything running right . the guy is selling it for $180 but im goin to offer him $150 . but yeah not reallyjust looking to adjust the vtec but to adjust everything else . currently my vtec kicks in at about 5500 rpm's . so im not sure how much lower can that get . im currently runing I/H/E , intake manifold , test pipe ,
cam gears , fuel pressure regulator , along with the ITR ecu . deffently worth getting the VAFC ?
