Are there fitament differences between any of the 92-00 d-series trannies?

Reason I'm asking = I want to get a racing clutch and lightened flywheel for my 00 d16y7 tranny but I might be getting a y8 tranny in the future........ could I just swap out the clutch and flywheel onto the y8 tranny?

I'm sure y7 and y8 flywheels and clutches are the same.

yes they are the same. 92-00 d series are all the same.
