I need a shop to press in some balljoints and bushing into a lower arm and knuckle... I live in los angeles near MLK & Western, does anybody know about a reputable shop in the area? i dont mind driving if the shop is worth it. Ive called a couple shops already and they either said "no" or didnt understand what I wanted done.

Might be better off buying a cheap press...you can always sell it when you're done. Most shops around here wanted $10 to press out a bushing, and $10 to press another back in. When I did my 240 that added up to a little more than I wanted to spend. Now that I'm doing the Civic...well, it already paid for itself!

 

Almost forgot..on ball joints, whack the hell out of it with a hammer to get the old one out. Then use the autozone rental tool to press in the new one. The fittings are too big for the Honda ball joints but you can use a socket instead (can't remember what size I used for those).
