I just bought the skunk2 stage 1 camshafts. They have just a little more duration and lift than the type R camshafts, so I have two questions.

Will the skunk2 stage 1 give me hp gains at 8600 RPM like the type R or better I keep my stock red line (8200)??

If I need to upgrade my valve train for this cams, can I just use some B16A intake springs for the exhaust valves?? Or I need skunk valves springs and retainers?

I heard B16A intake double springs are the same as Integra type R exhaust springs.
