525 whp only trapping 135 why?????
People need to remember that corrected HP doesn't neccisarily mean the exact amount of HP your putting down...Hence the term... "corrected."
What you should really be looking at in terms of trap speeds is your Uncorrected HP.

Miami is a couple feet above sealevel, so I'd venture his corrected numbers were within +/- 15 WHP to what he was actually making. Assuming, of course, that his motor wasn't heatsoaked.

lol...I didn't even look where he was from. yeah it would be close then.
There are just so many factors that come into play...
Temps, altitude, traction, driving skill, boost variances...ect

Guys just ignore him...he's being stupid
what he needs to do is start getting some safety stuff put into the car. He has ***** running that car this past weekend with no roll cage, straps, harness, scattershield, NOTHING.
your car is building the power and is running good, just get yourself protected sh$#head

no ****, toss a few cement blocks up under the front bumper and gut the back...
remember, you arent a rwd car with the whole weight of the car on your wheels dude. all you have is whatever weight the engine/tranny/sheet metal above those wheels is...everything is being dragged behind them haha.
time to transfer weight and play with your ET's a little...

You don't need a cage till 9.99 or 135 MPH, roll bar comes at 11.49.

YES!!!!
Thats the one thing that I regret...is not doing a cage the first time when my whole interior was apart.
Now its going to take me a week just to get the dash out of the car.

LMAO THAT WAS GOOD
I NOTICED AFTER THE WHOLE EVENT ORDEAL WAS OVER THAT IT WASNT SMART TO RUN THAT FAST W/O ANY SAFETY EQUIPMENT.......I GOT THE HARNESS, THE JACKET, HELMET, AND MAKING ARANGEMENTS FOR A CAGE LATER THIS WEEK TO RACE IN ORLANDO
IM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THE TRAPS.............I JUST EXPECTED 140 OR HIGH 130'S......... THE CAR WASNT AT THE FULL 24 PSI IT WAS TUNED AT SO I KNOW I WASNT AT 565 WHP (@22 PSI ITS LIKE 530).........
THE CAR IS A CIVIC HATCH FULL INTERIOR AND NOW WITH THE CAGE ILL ADD ANOTHER 100 LBS AT LEAST ( UP TO 2660) SO I HAVE 260 LBS TO LOSE......

A bar has a hoop that goes just behind the drivers head, 2 bars that go to the back of the car, and bars that run diagonal from the hoop behind the driver to the floorboard to the left of the drivers feed. A cage starts with all the same basics as a roll bar, then adds on more tubing. Instead of just having the main hoop behind the driver you have bars running along the roof line up to the trailing edge of the windshield, hooking across to the other side, downtubes coming down that either follow the A-pillar and go through the dash, or come up short of the A-Pillar and dash. Those downtubes then tie into the diagonal braces that run alongside the driver. That's the gist of it, but theres lots of other safety stuff you need too.
