Im doin some work to my b18b currently, Im putting in 62404 crower cams and looking to get some pistons to bump compression to 12.0 ... my question is the valves. I dont know too much about them but maby you guys can help.
in upgrading the valves, I am looking to get these:
INTAKE
PART # F1491P
HEAD DIAMETER: 32mm
STEM DIAMETER: 6.57mm
OVERALL DIAMETER: 105.5mm
TIP LENGHT: 4.1mm
DESCRIPTION: 20° Super Flo Dish Head 1mm Oversize
EXHAUST
PART # F1489P
HEAD DIAMETER: 29mm
STEM DIAMETER: 6.54mm
OVERALL DIAMETER: 106.02mm
TIP LENGHT: 4.1mm
DESCRIPTION: 30° Flo Dish Head 1mm Oversize Super Alloy
Are they alright for an all motor setup, also what pistons can i run with these valves (or will any pistons work, I dont know much bout pistons either.)
Also what pistons would fit in the b18b I know theres different sizes of pistons but what needs to be done to run them, im guessin the larger the size the greater the torque, but will I need con rods to run them with this set up or will the stock rods work....
(i know this next question is a dumb one but just makin sure) to run the larger pistons do I just need to bore out the motor to fit them or anything else?
please do help me out...give me some advice
