i'm working on a setup for my h22 hatch....& had a question for anyone owning a comtech muffler like this..




I'm looking for a muffler to put after the cat & was interested in this comptech...but i don't think an oval style will fit in the channel under the car.

what do you think??

it seems like the only comapnies that make something that will fit there(round) is maganflow or flowmaster.

 

my friend has one on hit turbo type r. it is a complete system though

 

That muffler is so wide. I don't see how that's going to fit behind the cat.

 

that thing wont fit for sure because its to wide the flowmaster will ive seen that one but the magnaflow i dono

 

yeah i measured....it ain't gonna fit....that comptech is like 9" wide
& i think the channel is like 6-7" wide.

i'm leaning towards a flowmaster hush power II


also looking @ the magnaflow round


anybody else know of any other "round" or small mufflers that will fit in that channel under a EG after the cat??

i leaning towards the hush power cause i don't want anything too annoying/loud

 

Almost all Magnaflow and Flowmaster resonators will.
