Default eK hatch fuel system pressurization problem / idle problem

my car (2000 civic) seems to suck gas... and when i open the fuel cap, it does not give the vacume sucking sound it should... any ideas why? anyhting i should look at?

i've dont the obvious of looking at the tank and seeing if anythings busted. buit it looks fine..

----------------------------------------

and on to the idle problem, only once it's warmed up, it gives a surging idle. what to loook for there?

no cels.

Pic no worky. I would guess that you have a leak because you don't have vacuum from the fuel pressure. Check your fuel rail, injectors, all fuel lines and fuel filter housing for bad seals. If your tanking up like everyday I would have to guess that the fuel is going somewhere else it shouldn't be. Maybe fuel pump is going and not keeping pressure. If it is stalling or just bad running could be fuel pump.
