Default Fuel Ionizer?

Has anyone used this before? Is it worth getting. Where I live the gasoline seems to be very dirty. Could possibly help? I did do a search but got no results so please dont flame me. If you find something or have a strong opionated response let me know.

This was taking from aj-racing.com

"The T1R Max Power Fuel Ionizer places two heat resistant Neodymium magnets around the fuel line to ionize the fuel before it reaches the engine. The magnets decompose the gasoline molecules into ultrafine particles. The gasoline particles are more evenly spread, thus improving combustion. Consequently, power, torque, engine response, fuel efficiency, and emissions are improved."

I have seen this also in a magazine and was wondering the same thing....

I wonder if anyone has even used this yet on their own vehicle?

Theoretically it should work. I know JDM racecars use it or more so a variant of it.

The Ionizer combined with the 5$ ebay resistor that "adds 20whp instantly" should be a great combo!

I don't understand how they ionize molecules with a magnetic field. Normally you need an electric field for that. Maybe it's some magic magnet or a flux capacitor.
If you are smart and you want to try this anyway, disassemble the magnet from an old speaker and place it next to the fuel line (rubber line). Don't forget to put some magnets on the seat to ionize your butt dyno too....

I call bunk...it probably only ionizes a small percentage of your fuel.

murghh.....

Save yourself some money and just get a screwdriver magnetizer and strap it to the fuel line to see if you notice any increase in MPG - nevermind power....

Particularly with gas prices reaching an all time nosebleed high......
