Going to be upgrading my digi cam soon and I know the best guys on here touch up their pics with some kind of photo software. What is the best all around photoshop program to get? Price? Place? Info? Thanks guys.

Photoshop Elements is pretty good. It costs $99.99 and you can buy it at Best Buy.

 

i bought photoshop cs and love it. its WAY pricey, but worth the cost. or you could look on the internet and download it the RIAA is comin for me!!!

The term your referring to, is talking about a program actually called Photoshop. It's by Adobe http://www.adobe.com/ . It's pretty much industry standard and the best that's out there (in my opinion).

 

The Gimp is fo free.
