widest tire on stock rims?

i have seen a 225/45-13 on stock wheels. looked pretty damn funny.....

i was thinking about putting either 195/60 or 205/60, i looked at tire rack, and i saw sumitomo HTR is available for those sizes. so i can fit 205 in the stock 13" rims? thanks for the info
