Default Battery Light Problem!! Help!

My '90 CRX has a DOHC ZC motor in it. When I start the car, everything is fine, everything works. I drive it for about 5 mins, everything is still fine, but my Battery Light comes on. This happened before, and I replaced the Distributor cause the shaft locked up. I checked my Alternator and it charges at like 14v. The belt is also tight. Anyone know what my problem could be??

Oh yea, just replaced spark plugs and spark plug wires when I replaced the Distributor (about two days ago)

No the car is not dying. Everything works fine, just the battery light is on. No dimming or anything.

Mine was the same way..alternator would check out fine, battery tested fine.. The alternator eventually died a few weeks later.
