Dude, we need more info.

Does the engine turn over?

What do you mean the car has not run for over a year?? Is this due to a broken timing belt??

Man, many of you need to sit down, gather your thoughts, and then post. We are not mind readers.

I would probably start with checking the fuses and the main relay then go from there......

just do a search for "main relay" and there are a ton of threads that tell you where its located and how to test it and even how to repair it. I haven't even tackled this myself yet since its still cold where i live but as soon as it warms up i plan to solder mine so it doesnt fail on me. I would check that for the fuel pump problems anyway.

The main relay is under the dash near the steering wheel.

It's a bitch to get to but it can be done.

You have to check for continuity between the terminals.

What the hell, I'll write it out for you.

Attach the battery positive terminal to the #6 terminal and the battery negative terminal to the #8 terminal of the main relay. Them check for continuity
between the #5 and #7 terminal of the relay.

If there's continuity go to the next step.

Attach the battery positive terminal to the #5 terminal and the battery negative to the #2 terminal of the relay. Then check for continuity between the #1 and #3 terminal of the relay.

If there's continuity go to the next step.

Attach the battery positive terminal to the #3 terminal and the negative terminal to the #8 terminal of the relay, then check for continuity between the #5 and #7
terminals.

No continutiy, replace the relay.

I need a scanner

It's a relay about 2 X 3 inches.

Brown colored, and it should say Mitsuba on it.

It's held on by 2 10mm bolts, good luck getting to them.
