Default turbo selection opinions.....

I am almost boosted. Now I cant figure what turbo i should select...I was looking at either a t04e with a 63ar or a 60-1 with a 63 ar. I looking for around 340 hp with top end power and full boost around 4500 rpm. I prefer not to go over 13 psi to reach that level if possible. Please give me some opinions on the 2 turbo. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

My setup:

b18c1 bored .20 over
Je 9.5.1
eagle rods
built type r head with gsr cams
Neukin manifold and downpipe
tial 38mm wg
hondata s200b
tial bov

Go with the ever-popular Precision SC61. I used to run a Turbonetics T3/T4E and with the "61 upgrade" I gained 50 more HP and 25 more tq...while at the same boost level!!! You won't reqret it...trust me. Plus you can find great deals in here. I believe "Wired Ricky" @ WireSpeedLabs.com is selling them for under $700...shipped!!!
