will 92-95 suspension fit on a 91 civic hatch
Full rear suspension will fit. If your going from drums to discs, you may need different e-brake cables.
Front will not work...

Well, the LCAs are completely different. The EF uses a radius rod setup, while the EG uses a lower "A" arms. The EF knuckles are different from EG/DC knuckles, and that is why people say you cannot use them and still retain correct geometry. The bottom of the shocks on the EG are fatter, therefore the damper mounting forks are bigger. Also the EF shocks are shorter (overall) than the EG shocks. This means that the EG's springs will probably be too long for the EG shock causing the EF to ride excessivly high in the front.
I have heard of people swaping the shock/springs along with the matching mounting forks between EF & EG. But if you do this, your car will probably be excessivly high in the front still...
PS: It is possible that the Upper A arms, as well as the tie rod ends, are the same on both cars, but I'm not possitive right now...

if you are talking about springs and shocks, then yes, it will work. but you'll have to use the front shock forks from a 92-95 civic or 94-01 integra.
and as said above, the EG/DC front shocks are longer, so you will ride higher on the same springs, or lose some suspension travel, unless you get shortened shocks, and/or extended top hats.
the the upper A arms are different between the two cars and won't interchange. Front knuckles are different, but the rear trailing arms are the same and will interchange as long as you use the 88-91 compensator arm.
