Default HELP: 96 ls turbo is not boosting

i just got done with my 96 civic hatch with 97 ls motor with .002 overbore in it and i hooked all the turbo parts on but not the b.o.v piping and raced my bubies nx2000,b16 civic and an 91 sertra ser to see what my motor would do but i lost to all three of them it feels so weak. then i decide to hook on the b.o.v pipe and i'm not getting no boost. i checked all the clamps but it all good took it around again and still no boost. any ideas

Do you have a boost gauge? What type of kit? Vaccum leak? Hear your turbo spool? etc.

Dude you left out enough info to fill a library.

Most likely a wastegate problem, did you try working the lever manually, vacuum line is attched correctly

Check to make sure all your pipping is connected. I just finished working on a car and his problem was that one of his couplings were not on on the way. Check that then check for boost leaks on your "custom" intercooler pipping.
