Car doesn't start all the time...
Occasionally when I try to start my car (especially if I JUST turned it off) it will just beep three times and then... nothing. The CEL light turns on when it does this but it's stays off after it starts. I usually wait a few minutes and then it'll start up. Any ideas on what this is about?

You have a loose ground.
Check your grounds:
Thermostat
Stater
Valve Cover
Take them off, grind them down and put them back. Also do that with the batt. negitive ground.
