Front lower tie Bar..will it fit on 3 inch dp?????

Front lower tie Bar..will it fit on 3 inch dp?????

I was just seeing if anybody try putting a lower front tie bar on their turbo cars..and if it clears a 3 inch dp...I know they clear the stock and after market all motor headers...but a 3 inch down pipe..looks kinda close! thanks! and in particular the blue cusco tie bar!
